Are you a client-focused professional who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and ownership to complex onboarding processes? At Briddge, we are looking for an Onboarding Associate who can guide new clients through their first phase with us and ensure a smooth, well-coordinated start across our services.
In this role, you are the main point of contact throughout the client onboarding process. You will build strong professional relationships with clients, understand their needs and advise them on how Briddge can support their business in the Netherlands and Europe. You will actively recognise commercial opportunities, introduce relevant services at the right moment and involve the right colleagues to follow up. You will also make sure client records, onboarding administration, billing information and budget-related details are complete and accurate.
