Client Manager

 

 

As a Client Manager, you are the primary point of contact for existing clients who have transitioned from the Onboarding team. You manage client requests with professionalism and maturity, ensuring solutions are proposed and delivered efficiently in collaboration with Briddge’s internal teams.

You coordinate all agreed activities and plan the resources needed to deliver these services effectively. Applying sound financial controls, you ensure all work aligns with budgets and organizational standards. You proactively provide clients with information about Briddge’s services and work to ensure they have an optimal experience at every touchpoint.

You act as the central communication link between clients and internal departments, taking ownership of service delivery and contributing to its continuous improvement, leveraging the expertise of your colleagues.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor ongoing processes, providing effective solutions in cooperation with internal teams
  • Proactively manage client relationships and identify opportunities for new business, including cross-selling
  • Delegate, monitor, and escalate client issues appropriately, working closely with other Briddge teams
  • Manage budgets for fixed-fee agreements and apply financial oversight
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and well-organized client administration
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular contact and on-site visits within the Netherlands
  • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve processes to enhance client service delivery

 

We are looking for an experienced professional with several years of relevant work experience in client management, legal, or financial services. You combine commercial insight with a strong service orientation and take pride in delivering a high-quality client experience. You are a team player who is also capable of independent decision-making and taking ownership of complex tasks.

 

Key qualifications

 

  • Several years of work experience in a comparable role, preferably in a legal or financial environment
  • Completed HBO or WO education in a legal or financial field
  • Able to quickly understand and navigate the internal organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Commercially minded, but primarily service- and client-oriented
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-focused
  • High level of professional maturity and responsibility
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing high-stress situations
  • Ability to maintain a helicopter view and oversee multiple priorities

 

A certificate of conduct (VOG) is required for the position and a reference check is also part of the application procedure.
