As an Administrative Support Officer, you will serve, together with your team, as the primary liaison between the Business Development team and our clients, for all payrolling support services. As the first point of contact for both clients and selected individuals, you will address questions and resolve any issues related to Employer of Record (EoR) services. This role is currently part-time, with the possibility of increasing to full-time.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management, the Business Development team and clients to provide and finalize fee agreements.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork to set up payrolling for selected individuals.
- Complete all administrative tasks related to payrolling support services.
- Draft contracts for clients and payrollees.
- Coordinate daily activities with other departments.
- Oversee invoicing and payroll processes with internal administration.
- Guide new payrollees in setting up their employment and address their employment-related questions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Collective Labor Agreements (CAO), pension, social funds, and relevant legislation.
- Maintain compliance with obligations as an IND recognized sponsor.
- Ensure continued compliance with industry quality certification (SNA-Keurmerk).

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized team member with a legal background. Multitasking and forward-thinking are important for this role. Affinity with immigration, payrolling, employment law and good understanding of Employer Of Record structure would be a plus.
- Completed education HBO/WO (Employment) Law with knowledge of service agreements and contracts.
- Familiarity with legal processes and procedures.
- Proficient administrative skills with the ability to track deadlines and manage ongoing tasks effectively.
- Client-oriented with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in both English and Dutch.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Accurate, inquisitive, strong attention to detail, and eager to keep growing.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
A certificate of conduct (VOG) is required for the position and a reference check is also part of the application procedure.
